The Imo Claretian University Education Foundation(Inc.), the charity arm of the Claretian University, is integral to the mission and vision of the Claretian Missionary Fathers (CMF), otherwise known as the Missionaries, Sons of the Immaculate Heart of Mary or Claretian Missionaries. The Imo Claretian Education Foundation is registered in the state of Nebraska in the United States of America and is tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended or the corresponding provision of any United States Internal Revenue Law (the "code").
